Ratepayer-funded efficiency program

Underwrites efficiency retrofits for MA homeowners and commercial owners. The money gate — incentives don't pay until the work is inspected and signed off.

Community Action Agencies hold the inspection record today — structured for the funder's reconciliation, not for the homeowner to carry. Propreti gives that record a second, owner-held home.
